Responsibilities:
- Complete High Quality Jobs
- Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Participating in our company training and development program
- Install spray foam according to company, manufacturer and building code protocols
- Evaluate project conditions and follow company standard operating procedures
- Conduct site inspections with clients and building officials
- Follow and enforce established safety rules, maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Complete tasks on schedule and on budget, including necessary maintenance and cleanup of the job site
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed spray foam applicator
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics/crawl spaces
- Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders and standing, bending, lifting, and pushing up to 50 pounds in both indoor and outdoor work conditions
- Ability to work with a team and motivate others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work long days, overtime, and weekends when needed
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Knowledge of Insulation, Drywall, equipment and diagnosing issues is beneficial
- Safety boots are required
Job Types: Full-Time
Salary: $22-$28 per hour depending on experience

Site Foreman

We specialize in quality work on beautiful homes installing insulation year round, and creating beautiful docks in the summer months. Our team members take great pride in the work we do. We work in an exciting, high performance culture and love bringing awesome people to our team!
Responsibilities:
• Leading and overseeing your team to complete high-quality jobs on budget
• Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Leading our company training and development program for the staff on your team
• Managing a wide array of projects
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years leadership experience.
• Minimum 3+ years construction experience.
• Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lead teams and motivate others
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $22 -$30 per hour
